 Online Counseling Services

Concierge teletherapy for adults throughout Florida seven days a week.

You want to change your life without disrupting your life.

You want to quit your addiction without having to quit your job, leave your home, or put your life on hold. You want to focus on you for a while, and you want to do it from your home, your office, or stretched out on a blanket at the beach.

I’ve set up my practice with you in mind, so we can connect no matter how busy or harried you feel, no matter how tight your schedule is, and no matter what frame of mind you’re in. I’ve got you covered with secure video, secure phone, and even secure texting.

Imagine logging into therapy with me while enjoying the fresh air of a beautiful park or walking laps around your office building - anywhere you’re able to find a spot with some privacy and either an internet or mobile data connection.

Let’s talk about the advantages of online counseling and why it’s the right solution for you.

  • It is so nice to settle into a therapy session in the comfort of familiar surroundings. You can wear your pajamas, drink a cup of hot cocoa, and munch on a snack during therapy. If you’re physically disabled and it’s hard for you to get around, virtual counseling is so much easier and less stressful.

  • Have you ever run into strangers in a waiting room after an intense therapy session? There’s nothing worse than making eye contact with someone for the first time when you’re feeling raw and vulnerable and you just want some privacy. Not a problem with online therapy.

  • As a busy professional, you probably know what it’s like to look forward to talking about what’s on your mind, only to have to cancel your therapy session because you couldn’t take time off work, find a babysitter, or arrange for child care. Remote sessions make it possible for you to take less time away from work or family to get to therapy and tend to your own well-being. You can access virtual therapy during a work break or while at home with the kids.

You don’t necessarily have to cancel therapy if you’re sick, either. As long as you feel up to talking, you can show up for your session - pillows, bedhead, tissues, and all!

  • There is no wait time with online therapy. No sitting in traffic, no sitting in the lobby, no irritation because you had to wait until Monday to get someone in the office. Teletherapy eliminates travel time, time searching for a parking space, and parking costs. Transportation is not an issue. Plus, you get real-time access to material that’s much easier to share with you through the internet.

  • You can participate from any location that affords you privacy and minimizes distractions. We can connect from a variety of devices including your computer, your tablet, or your smartphone. You can fit sessions into work breaks if you need to, or if you prefer to save the evening hours for family time. If you have questions or need a session on the fly, you can easily reach me between sessions, including evenings and weekends.

  • If you are at greater risk for complications from COVID-19 or other communicable diseases like the flu or even the common cold, telecounseling eliminates the need to risk your health to attend therapy. You don’t have to wear a mask in an online session when it’s just you in the room, so you can see my facial expressions and I can see yours. There’s no concern about perfumes or smoke or other odors that might bother you in an office setting. If you prefer evening appointments, you don’t have to worry about getting mugged or injured while walking from the building to the car on a dimly lit street.

If you’re turned off by the thought of putting your life on hold to deal with the way anxiety, addiction, or trauma is affecting your family, your career, your social relationships, your moods, your motivation, and your sense of self-worth, let’s get connected so you can get the relief you need.

Find freedom from the pressures of unresolved trauma, overwhelming anxiety, or active addiction without having to quit your job, leave your home, or put your life on hold.
